Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education.
• Valid Ohio Teaching License for Middle Childhood (4–9) or Adolescent/Secondary (7–12).
• Ability to pass FBI and BCI background checks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using district curriculum and instructional resources.
• Design and facilitate inquiry-based lessons, labs, and simulations connected to real-world applications.
• Lead Success Labs and targeted Tier 2 interventions to address identified learning gaps.
• Provide small-group and individualized instruction using data tools (MAP, IXL).
• Establish routines aligned with PBIS frameworks and serve as a positive role model.
• Collaborate in Teacher-Based Teams and PLCs, communicating progress with families.
