Lead Teacher, Intervention at KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School

KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School is looking for talented, committed, and culturally competent Intervention lead teachers who can create a school experience that affirms, values, and challenges students each day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Classroom Responsibilities

• Ensure that all children are affirmed, valued, and challenged every day
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment
• Prepare and internalize rigorous and engaging unit and daily lessons
• Set specific, ambitious growth goals with all students
• Innovate on best practices to execute engaging, differentiated instruction
• Regularly analyze student work and academic data
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date student grades/records

What We Offer
The minimum base salary for this exempt position is $55,000 to $89,500 (per 1.0 FTE/45 hours per week), depending upon years of relevant experience and advanced degrees.
