Lead Teacher, Intervention at KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School

KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School is looking for talented, committed, and culturally competent Intervention lead teachers. This role requires consistent and reliable demonstration of the following essential job functions and key responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Classroom Responsibilities

• Ensure that all children are affirmed, valued, and challenged every day.
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment.
• Prepare and internalize rigorous and engaging unit and daily lessons.
• Set specific, ambitious growth goals with all students.
• Innovate on best practices to execute engaging, differentiated instruction.

What We Offer
The minimum base salary for this exempt position is $55,000 to $89,500, depending upon years of relevant experience. The role includes a $1,000 signing bonus—and an annual $2,000 retention bonus in subsequent years.
