Job summary

Armstrong Middle School is seeking a Lunchroom Monitor to supervise students during lunch periods and assist with related duties in the building. The position is part-time (about 2 hours per day on student days) with a pay rate of $15.88 per hour.

Responsibilities include monitoring lunchroom and playground, communicating professionally with students and staff, maintaining attendance and punctuality, and performing duties as assigned by teachers or administrators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Applicant must successfully complete a Live Scan Criminal Records check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lunchroom during student lunch periods.
• Monitor playground during student recess periods.
• Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with students and staff.
• Demonstrate mental/physical stamina for meeting the job requirements.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by teacher or school administrator.
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
