Job summary

The position offers a base salary range of $55,000 to $89,500 for 1.0 FTE, plus a $1,000 signing bonus and an annual $2,000 retention bonus in subsequent years. Requires 2+ years of teaching and a Bachelor's degree; MTEL/SEI endorsements within the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience
• Criminal Background Check required

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead in a classroom with responsibilities including independent teaching, co-teaching, or long-term coverage
• Maintain affirming, high-expectation classrooms with safe learning environments
• Prepare rigorous lessons leveraging provided curricula and resources
• Set ambitious growth goals for all students and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teams to implement grade-wide systems and support student growth
• Communicate with families regarding student progress and needs
• Demonstrate integrity and professional collaboration with colleagues and families
