Qualifications

• Able to meet physical and mental demands of the role.
• Experience with middle school social and emotional development is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a love for God and His children and foster a Christ-centered classroom.
• Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned language arts lessons with tailored materials.
• Regularly assess and analyze data to inform teaching strategies and personalize goals.
• Use school curricula and research-based strategies to support academic, cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Maintain a safe, orderly classroom with clear expectations and procedures.
• Create a warm, joyful, curious, and caring learning environment.
• Keep accurate student records in compliance with laws and policies.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving among students.
• Lead daily worship through prayer, singing, scripture memory, service, and reflection in alignment with biblical worldview.
• Commit to personal, professional, and spiritual growth and ongoing learning.
• Maintain prompt communication with parents and guardians.
• Participate in school activities and collaborate with grade-level teams and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
