Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Possession of current teaching certification as a Middle School and/or Content teacher (strongly preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participating in ongoing professional development and coaching cycles.
• Implementing data analysis and looking at student work protocols.
• Establishing standards and regularly evaluating progress toward mastery.
• Teaching rigorous, classically-inspired lessons aligned to Brilla growth targets.
