GENERAL INFORMATION

Title: Middle School Baseball Coach

Department: Heritage High School

Salary Grade: $1,500.00 Stipend

FLSA Status: Exempt

Site/Location: Heritage High School

Reports to: Athletic Director

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for heading the Middle School Baseball Program and supporting the development of student-athletes through coaching, instruction, and other duties as assigned by the coach or Athletic Director.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Planning and teaching student-athletes the rules, techniques, and equipment to improve their baseball skills.
2. Assisting and directing individual and group practice activities.
3. Monitoring student-athletes during practices and competitions.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Minimal travel may be required to and from sporting events within neighboring localities.
