Responsibilities

• Assist in managing school financial operations and budget adherence.
• Count money received and balance deposits; prepare receipts.
• Process purchase orders and issue checks; record transactions.
• Maintain General Fund and ECA accounts and perform year-end tasks.
• Support Principal/Administrators with routine financial reporting.
