They are committed to cultivating thoughtful readers, skilled writers, and confident communicators by designing engaging, student-centered learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and meaningful discussion.
Bancroft faculty are encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the curriculum, integrate global perspectives, and demonstrate genuine commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Bancroft School offers a competitive salary range for this position of $42,000 to $68,000, determined by the scope of responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational considerations. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, skills, expertise, and internal equity. Final salary details, along with a comprehensive benefits package, will be provided upon an employment offer.
