• Uphold and communicate the mission of The O’Neal School.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons suitable for each class.
• Assess, record, and report on student development and progress.
• Engage in professional development activities, including faculty days.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including Division Head, Department Head, teachers, counselor, and other staff.
• Participate in sponsoring student extracurricular activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on English.
• Previous experience teaching English, preferably at the middle school level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and timeliness.
