Qualifications

• Must have IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must hold an Arizona Teaching Certificate in the approved area(s)/endorsement(s).
• Must have CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; preferred.
• Must have an ELA endorsement.
• Must be familiar with reading assessments (e.g., DIBELS), testing, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Administers and develops subject-specific assessments to measure student competency and inform learning plans.
• Advises parents/guardians about student progress and strategies for improvement.
• Assesses progress toward objectives and communicates feedback to students, parents, and administration.
• Collaborates with instructional staff and community resources to improve student outcomes.
• Promotes culturally responsive practices and professional development addressing instruction and school climate.
