Brooke Charter Schools is seeking an elementary teacher to lead a classroom and drive student growth across K-12 in the Boston area campuses. You will build strong relationships with students, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in ongoing data-driven instruction to close achievement gaps.

Hours are 7:15 am to 4:20 pm with a class size of 16–23 students, and a structured plan of regular data meetings, about 20 administrative observations, and roughly 300 hours of professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years as a lead teacher or equivalent role.
• Commitment to fostering diversity and anti-racist practices.
• Ability to start July 2027.

Responsabilités

• Participate in regular data meetings to drive student growth.
• Engage in approximately 20 administrative observations.
• Pursue nearly 300 hours of professional development over the school year.
• Lead a class of 16-23 students to academic success in all subjects (excluding Science in 3–5).
