Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree, 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits, or ParaPro score.
• Knowledge of ADHD, autism, behavior management and health needs for Special Ed.
• Ability to use basic computer and office equipment.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide student and teacher support in a positive, structured environment.
• Assist students with academic tasks, organization, and classroom routines.
• Support social-emotional learning and behavior reinforcement.
• Collaborate with teachers to reinforce instruction and encourage independence.
• Supervise students and help develop confidence and good school habits.
