Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and current continuing professional license in any CTE area.
• NC teaching license with 747 CDC area required; master’s in counseling may substitute.
• Experience in curriculum planning, data use for decisions, and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate career development services for middle school students in CMS.
• Develop partnerships with businesses and community organizations.
• Plan and implement career exploration activities and events.
• Facilitate career assessments and connect students with postsecondary options.
• Collaborate with counselors, teachers, and district staff to align CTE with curricula.
• Monitor accountability metrics and manage project budgets.
