Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience working with upper elementary or middle school-aged children preferred.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, bend, and move continuously for a 2-hour shift.
• Background Check: Must clear required state/district criminal background checks and child protection clearances prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor students during all assigned lunch periods across grades 4–8.
• Reinforce school-wide behavioral expectations and cafeteria rules.
• Address minor behavioral concerns promptly and calmly; report major issues to administration.
