Job summary

The Carlisle Area School District is seeking dedicated individuals to serve as Middle School Building Substitutes in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Immediate availability is preferred to cover daily classroom needs across middle schools.

Applicants must hold PA Secondary Certification and all required clearances, and may be required to travel between buildings as needed. This role supports student learning and district equal opportunity practices.

Qualifications

• PA Secondary Certification required.
• Act 24 Arrest/Conviction Certification required.
• Act 34 Criminal Clearance required.
• Act 151 Child Line Clearance required.
• Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting Clearance required.
• Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release and SafeSchools Training required.

Responsibilities

• Substitute coverage for Carlisle Area School District middle schools.
• Travel between buildings may be required.
