Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience is required.
• Experience teaching Soccer fundamentals and working with students.
• Ability to lead and motivate young athletes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all Soccer program aspects, including practices and games.
• Develop game strategies and practice plans.
• Mentor assistant coaches to support program philosophy.
• Promote sportsmanship and positive team culture.
• Communicate regularly with school administrators and staff.
• Represent HPS Athletics positively within the community.
