Milford School District NH invites applications for the Middle School Boys Lacrosse Coach. Under the supervision of the High School Athletic Director, you will instruct student athletes in fundamental lacrosse skills, strategy, and conditioning to promote individual and team growth.

Responsibilities include preparing game and practice plans, occasionally leading early practices, and serving as adult supervisor for bus transportation to away games while modeling character, discipline, and pride

Qualifications

• Ability to foster relationships with adolescents and demonstrate leadership.
• Spring 2027 season coaching role with planning responsibilities.
• CPR and first aid knowledge required; district provides training.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the High School Athletic Director the Middle School Boys LacrosseCoachwill instruct student athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical trainingnecessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. This positionwill also instruct and demonstrate behaviors that lead to strongcharacter development, self discipline, self confidence, and pride of accomplishment in the student athletes. Prepare game and practice plans, and occasionally lead early practices and act as adult supervision forbus transportation to and from away games.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Demonstratedability to foster meaningful relationships with adolescents, strong leadership skills and dynamic presence.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

High school orcollege lacrosseparticipation and/or coaching experience is preferred.
Knowledge of first aid and CPR required. District will provide training.
