Qualifications

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with players, parents, and staff.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes to achieve their best both on and off the court.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain prior to the start of the season.
• Availability for practices and games, typically in the afternoons and evenings, as well as some weekends.
• A background check will be required prior to employment.
• A passion for youth sports and a commitment to the development of student-athletes in a positive environment.
