Qualifications

• Valid Iowa Coaching Endorsement or Coaching Authorization.
• Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
• Coaching and/or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in operation of the athletic program.
• Coaches and instructs players regarding rules, equipment and techniques.
• Monitor academic performance to ensure eligibility requirements are met.
• Maintain appropriate conduct towards players, officials, and spectators.
• Attend team meetings and participate in activities to recruit athletes.
