Job summary

Upstaff LTD is seeking a Middle Salesforce Developer to join our technology team, delivering strategic projects, platform enhancements, and change requests across a Salesforce environment.

You will support multiple business functions, contribute to development, integrations, automation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. Mentorship to juniors is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialized Salesforce experience with Service Cloud focus.
• Proven ability to design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Experience building secure REST and SOAP integrations and managing security models.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated testing.
• Knowledge of web tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Salesforce architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows.
• Build secure integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems via REST, SOAP, Bulk API.
• Develop and maintain complex Flows and automation, balancing declarative and programmatic approaches.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and QA activities.
• Work with version control and CI/CD to support deployments and change management.
• Maintain documentation and audit records for integrations and customizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, solutions, and delivery.
• Provide guidance to junior developers and admins.
• Contribute to platform architecture and operational excellence.
