What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and produce instructional materials, including training manuals and Computer Based Learning (CBL) modules
- Facilitate learning events, both in-person and virtually, for new hire orientation and continuing education
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leaders to identify and address performance gaps through ongoing education
- Evaluate new hires’ readiness for their roles and prepare training status reports for leadership
- Maintain records of training programs and continually revise materials based on feedback and quality audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Understanding of middle office Revenue Cycle processes and charge trigger workflows
- Proficiency in utilizing various tools and technologies relevant to the role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing training materials for healthcare or revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking in educational programs
