The Middle Revenue Cycle Training and Education Coordinator will provide high-quality training services on workforce development, strategic initiatives implementation, and revenue cycle applications and technologies used by AdventHealth Middle Revenue Cycle. Responsibilities include research and development of training materials, creation of Computer Based Learning (CBL) modules, facilitation of learning events (both in-person and virtual), and conducting preparatory and post-session processes. This role will lead training initiatives, produce educational deliverables, and serve as a resource for learning opportunities. It involves conducting training using various methods, instructing new hire orientation, department-specific training, and continuing education courses. After each course, the coordinator will report outcomes to leadership. Collaboration with Revenue Cycle leaders and other teams is essential to support performance gaps, streamline education practices, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
