The role you will contribute:

The Middle Revenue Cycle Training and Education Coordinator will provide high-quality training services on workforce development, strategic initiatives implementation, and revenue cycle applications and technologies used by AdventHealth Middle Revenue Cycle. Responsibilities include research and development of training materials, creation of Computer Based Learning (CBL) modules, facilitation of learning events (both in-person and virtual), and conducting preparatory and post-session processes. This role will lead training initiatives, produce educational deliverables, and serve as a resource for learning opportunities. It involves conducting training using various methods, instructing new hire orientation, department-specific training, and continuing education courses. After each course, the coordinator will report outcomes to leadership. Collaboration with Revenue Cycle leaders and other teams is essential to support performance gaps, streamline education practices, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

  • Research, develop, and produce instructional materials including policies, procedures, CBL modules, manuals, guides, assessments, and tutorials.
  • Stay updated on training research and methods, incorporating current trends into training materials.
  • Develop and deliver compliance and regulation-specific training for Revenue Integrity employees.
  • Design and implement continuing education and soft skill programs.
  • Support educational planning, departmental in-services, cross-training, and ad hoc sessions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to policies.
  • Create and deliver orientation and department-specific training using diverse methodologies.
  • Collaborate with leadership and IT teams to develop training content.
  • Evaluate new hires’ readiness and maintain training records.
  • Continuously improve training materials based on audits, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Manage a repository of training materials for self-service access.
  • Work with Analytics to track metrics, review quality audit results, and monitor program effectiveness.
Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2+ Years of Related Experience Required
  • Understanding of middle office Revenue Cycle processes, charge workflows, and related tools and technologies used by AdventHealth.
