State Street Corporation in Quincy, MA seeks an Officer to oversee day-to-day trade operations, data integrity, and client service for premier investment management clients. You will lead resolution of complex issues across clients, custodians, and internal teams, while ensuring accurate client data and timely reporting.
The role requires 4+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, and strong Excel/Office skills.
In this role, you will work with State Street teams across the globe to support premier investment management clients. As an Officer, you will have direct accountability for overseeing day-to-day transactional and trade operations, ensuring operational integrity, data accuracy, and high-quality client service in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This role requires independent judgment, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex issues across multiple stakeholders.
You will serve as a key point of escalation and a first line of defense in identifying, mitigating, and escalating potentially risky activity. Through close partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, strengthening controls, and contributing to innovative solutions that enhance how State Street services its clients.
