Position Overview

Primary Talent Partners has an 18 month contract opening for a Middle Office Credit Analyst to join a multinational banking client for a hybrid position operating out of Jersey City, NJ.

Compensation and Details

• Pay: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr based on experience and academia
• Contract: 18 months, extensions likely, conversion possible
• Type: W-2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship
• Hybrid: Onsite 50%
• Shift: 1st shift, standard business hours, M-F

Summary

We need a resource who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit/Loan middle office, especially in closing Corporate Loan/Deal Closings.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day global banking operations activities, such as
  • reviewing the credit deals
  • performing control activities
  • processing data from credit agreements and other documents, into BNP Paribas systems
• Close the credit deals within allocated time and report to the approving manager
• Credit deal’s Data analytics & reporting
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills to work with the business stakeholders in New York and clients based in the US.
• Needs to be analytical and detail-oriented who can work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and take ownership of assigned credit deals.
• Work closely with Operations and IT teams to assist in process improvements and automation.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Any completed Bachelor degree (ideally in finance or economics)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Credit/Loan middle office, especially in closing Corporate Loan/Deal Closings.
• Excellent in MS Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, in relation to document reviews and number crunching.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data analytics
• Someone with performing Control activities
