Job summary

OCR Alpha is seeking a Middle Office Associate to join our equities operations team in Chicago. You will be the first point of contact for Portfolio Managers on trade activity, P&L, and operational queries, ensuring smooth execution of trades and accurate data flow.

You will manage the full trade lifecycle, including trade booking, settlements, and break resolution, and support corporate actions, listed derivatives events, and ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in hedge funds, asset managers, banks, or fund administrators.
• Knowledge of equities, equity options, futures, or swaps.
• Automation or process-improvement experience is a plus.
