Job summary

TymiQ GmbH seeks a skilled and versatile Middle .NET Developer to join our core engineering team. You will work on a spectrum of software solutions—from web applications and microservices to desktop systems—depending on current objectives and business needs.

Responsibilities include writing clean, modular code with tests, collaborating with PM and cross-functional teams, maintaining releases, and coordinating with teammates to deliver high-quality software across Web, Desktop, and Monolith

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience within the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and modern web development practices.
• Engineering mindset toward multiple architectures (Web, Desktop, Monoliths).
• Solid understanding of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and non-relational databases, including schema design.
• Experience with Unit and Integration tests (NUnit, XUnit, etc.).
• English - B2 or higher, with confident communication for team interaction.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise across various types of software solutions - ranging from complex web applications and microservices to standalone desktop systems and monolithic architectures - depending on current technical objectives and business needs.

• Cover code with Unit tests according to organizational standards.

• Maintain release activities.
• Coordinate with other teammates to produce high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Commercial Experience: 2+ years of professional software development experience within the .NET ecosystem.
• Technical Background: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and modern web development practices.
• Engineering Mindset: Readiness and genuine interest in working with various software architectures and application types (Web, Desktop, Monoliths).
• Databases: Solid understanding of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and non-relational databases, including schema design.
• Testing: Experience with writing Unit and Integration tests (NUnit, XUnit, etc.).
• Language: English - B2 or higher, with confident spoken communication for team interaction.

Nice to have

• Experience in Containerization (Docker).
• Strong team player and individual contributor with the ability to be effective working with cross-functional teams and departments.
• Experience with SCRUM (Agile) methodology.
