Job summary

Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) seeks a Supply Chain Manager/Middle Mile Performance Manager to develop world-class logistics processes for on-time, cost-efficient delivery across North America. This role focuses on carrier programs and performance, with 25%–50% travel.

Responsibilities include designing programs, analyzing data with Excel/SQL, and driving automation while collaborating with 3P carriers and Amazon tech teams. Base salary ranges by location are provided.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, etc.).
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on the design, development, and delivery of programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
Analyze data across databases using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems; perform ad hoc reporting.
Use AI to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and credibility of outputs.
Influence 3P carrier leadership and Amazon technology teams to identify and implement improvements.
Assess how Middle Mile Box Truck supply chains can serve programs efficiently and align with stakeholders.
Travel domestically 25%–50%.
