Join a dynamic, international technology environment where data-driven insights help shape effective marketing strategies and business growth. As a Middle Marketing Data Analyst, you will analyze user behavior across the entire marketing funnel, from initial visits and clicks to registrations and deposits. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights through clear dashboards, reporting, and statistical analysis. Working closely with business teams, data engineers, and web analytics specialists, you will help improve campaign performance, optimize data collection, and support customer acquisition and retention experiments. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful business decisions while developing your analytical expertise. You will also benefit from a collaborative culture that encourages initiative, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Accountabilities:

As a Middle Marketing Data Analyst, you will turn marketing data into practical recommendations, improve reporting capabilities, and support experimentation across the business. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing data analysis: Analyse data from tracking systems and other sources to understand user behavior throughout the marketing funnel, from visits and clicks to registrations and deposits.

  • Dashboard development and reporting: Build and maintain informative dashboards and reports that help business teams identify funnel issues, uncover performance trends, and discover optimization opportunities.

  • Experimentation and optimization: Support business teams in planning, launching, and evaluating experiments designed to improve customer acquisition and retention.

  • Data collection and pipeline improvement: Collaborate with data engineers and web analytics specialists to optimise the collection and processing of marketing data from multiple sources and improve data pipelines.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, structured, and up-to-date documentation related to your analytical area.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and support data-informed decision-making.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in data analytics, strong SQL skills, and the ability to communicate findings through effective visualisations. You should be comfortable working with marketing performance data, applying statistical methods, and collaborating with different teams. The key qualifications include:

  • Professional experience: At least two years of experience in data analytics or related analytical fields.

  • SQL proficiency: Confident use of SQL to retrieve, process, transform, and analyse data.

  • Data visualisation: Practical experience with Tableau and the ability to create clear, informative dashboards and visualisations.

  • Statistical knowledge: Understanding of statistical fundamentals and practical experience applying statistical methods to A/B testing.

  • Analytical mindset: Ability to investigate performance trends, identify issues, and translate data into meaningful business insights.

  • Collaboration skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside business stakeholders, data engineers, and web analytics specialists.

  • iGaming experience: Familiarity with the iGaming industry is an advantage.

  • Additional tools: Knowledge of Google Analytics, dbt, and Git fundamentals is beneficial.

  • Tracking and affiliate systems: Experience working with tracking platforms and affiliate systems is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote work: Flexibility to work remotely or from available hubs in Kyiv and Warsaw, with a focus on comfort and safety.

  • Paid time off: 20 working days of paid leave, in addition to public holidays and sick leave.

  • Health and well-being: Medical insurance with access to leading clinics and coverage for psychological support through the Pleso platform.

  • Flexible lifestyle benefits: A monthly Benefit Café allowance to spend on personal interests, hobbies, sports, and other preferences.

  • Learning and development: An individual learning budget, corporate English classes, workshops, and access to an online library.

  • Career progression: Structured career planning, performance reviews, training opportunities, and mentoring programmes.

  • Collaborative culture: Team-building activities, corporate events, and workshops that encourage connection and knowledge sharing.

  • Modern technology environment: Opportunities to contribute to building technology solutions from the ground up and use automation to reduce routine work.
