Trading Space is seeking a Middle Legal Counsel to navigate a broad range of legal matters across our international operations. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, support GDPR compliance, and handle data protection questions.

Collaborating with product, partnerships, and finance teams, you’ll translate complex legal concepts into practical business solutions while managing risks across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal experience, international product/tech focus.
• University degree in Law.
• Strong knowledge of international contract law.
• Hands-on drafting, reviewing, negotiating agreements.
• Solid GDPR/data protection understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

We’re looking for a Middle Legal Counsel to join our team and help us navigate a wide range of legal matters across our international operations.

You’ll work on everything from commercial agreements and data protection to everyday legal questions, collaborating with different teams and international partners. If you enjoy tackling new challenges, taking initiative, and finding smart, practical solutions, we’d love to get to know you!

YOUR QUEST-LINE:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including contracts with payment providers, business partners, and service providers;

• Support day-to-day legal operations and handle legal requests from different departments;

• Review and update legal documentation, including Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and other internal and external documents;

• Support GDPR compliance and handle matters related to personal data protection;

• Identify and assess potential legal risks across the company’s jurisdictions and business operations;

• Prepare legal responses to requests from users, partners, and internal stakeholders;

• Communicate with international partners, external legal advisors, and service providers;

• Support corporate and intellectual property matters, including trademark registration;.

• Assist with improving internal legal processes and documentation.

YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:

• 2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an international product or technology company;

• University degree in Law;

• Solid knowledge of international commercial and contract law, with hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements;

• Good understanding of GDPR and data protection principles;

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions;

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Proactive mindset, independence, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

WILL BE YOUR BOOST:
