GoMining is seeking a versatile lawyer to own corporate and commercial work as we scale across multiple jurisdictions. This role rewards autonomy and problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• 3–5+ years of legal experience, with focus on corporate law and commercial contracts.
• ILF experience is a strong plus (2+ years)
• Sharp critical thinking and ability to navigate non-standard situations
• High resilience and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Proactive mindset with minimal oversight
• English at B2/C1 level or above

Job description

We're growing our legal team and looking for a versatile, sharp-minded lawyer to take ownership of a broad range of corporate and commercial work as we scale across multiple jurisdictions. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys solving problems independently, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with partners, payment providers, and counterparties
• Providing corporate support across our multi-jurisdictional group of companies, including corporate documentation and entity-level changes
• Supporting legal review of new product launches and marketing materials
• Coordinating with external legal counsel across multiple countries
• Working closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on day-to-day legal matters
• Helping develop and improve contract templates and internal legal processes
• Supporting risk identification and pre-litigation matters
  

• 3–5+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on corporate law and commercial contracts
• Experience at an international law firm (ILF) — 2+ years is a strong plus
• Sharp critical thinking and the ability to independently navigate non-standard situations
• High resilience and comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a fast-moving environment
• Proactive mindset — able to see tasks through without constant oversight
• English at B2/C1 level or above

• Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, or payments
• Working knowledge of AML/KYC and GDPR
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously
