Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an experienced IAM/InfoSec professional to own onboarding through change requests for employee access. You will design and maintain Access Profiles, enforce RBAC/ABAC and Zero Trust, and optimize the access request pipeline with AI agents.

Requirements include 2+ years in IAM/InfoSec, hands-on with Okta/CyberArk/AD, and English proficiency; Ukrainian/Russian fluency is a plus. This is a remote-first role with strong growth opportunities.

• Proven experience managing Onboarding, Dismissal, and Change Position workflows.
• Practical experience creating and auditing Access Profiles and RBAC models.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of enterprise identity and access tools (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory, PAM, SSO)
• Understanding and practical experience with AI tools and AI agents
• Solid understanding of core access control principles: RBAC, ABAC, Principle of Least Privilege, and Zero Trust
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian; Intermediate+ level of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of security compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001)
• Hands-on experience integrating AI agents or custom LLM workflows into IAM automation pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts and identity governance within AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Okta Certified Professional)
