Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician to join the Mavis Tire family in a full-time capacity. You will lead undercar repairs, diagnose issues, and oversee tire services in a modern service center.

We offer competitive weekly pay with strong bonus potential up to $150K annually, a 5-day work week with Sundays off, and comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) with employer match. ASE certification support and internal growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: dependable, team-oriented, and focused on quality service in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive repairs including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-m mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
