Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Cincinnati, OH seeks a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join our modern service, repair, and tire center. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform diverse automotive repairs while contributing to a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, suspensions, and maintenance.
• Complete state inspections, oil changes, and fluid checks.
• Dismount/mount and balance tires; replace worn components.
• Prioritize quality service and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.

What you'll do

As a leader in undercar repairs, you will be trusted to:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.

What we're looking for

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Credentials: A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
