Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Cincinnati, OH seeks a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art tire and service center. You will lead undercar repairs, inspect, diagnose, and perform services including brakes, suspension, oil changes, and tire work.

We offer competitive weekly pay with bonus potential up to $150K annually, a 5-day work week, 401(k) with match, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, ASE certification support, and tool/uniform assistance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or relevant education/training.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.

• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
