Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Mt Pocono, PA is seeking full-time Automotive Technicians for our state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center. Join a growing team within the Mavis Tire family and help deliver quality automotive care.

We offer a competitive pay structure with base pay plus weekly bonuses up to $150K, a 5-day work week with Sundays off, 401(k) with match, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for ASE certification and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification is a bonus.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and service brakes, suspension, oil changes, and routine maintenance.
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, and tire rotations.
• Complete state inspections where required and check fluid levels.
• Identify worn parts and replace items to maintain vehicle safety.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Credentials: A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
