Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Mt. Pocono, PA, part of the Midas/Mavis family, seeks a full-time Automotive Lead Technician for our service, repair, and tire center. You will lead undercar repairs, inspect and diagnose systems, and ensure quality workmanship in a high-volume shop.

We offer competitive weekly pay with bonus potential up to $150K annually, a 5-day work week, 401(k) with match, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, ASE support, and tools/uniform programs to support your growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items over 50 pounds.
• Dependability, teamwork and commitment to quality service in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
