Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Pittsburg, PA, the world's largest Midas franchisee now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician.

Inspect, diagnose and perform brake, suspension, tire and routine maintenance services; complete state inspections; mount and balance tires; maintain a safe, fast-paced shop with ASE certification support.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience or training in automotive repair.
• Valid driver's license; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork and delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
