Awareson Sp. z o.o. seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to work remotely on web and mobile applications, starting November 2026, with a contract through 31 December 2026 and potential extension.

You will design UX, build wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and contribute to a scalable design system while aligning with our visual identity and accessibility standards. Collaborate with analysts, developers and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions and ensure a consistent user

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience for web or mobile apps.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD including high-fidelity mockups.
• Experience with design systems and usability heuristics (Nielsen).
• Ability to plan and run usability tests before and after releases.
• Ability to analyze data to identify drop-off points and improve flows.
• Experience partnering with developers and testers on acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and inclusive design.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA) is a plus.
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design user experience (UX) for web and mobile applications
• Create mockups, wireframes and interactive prototypes of new features
• Develop and maintain the information architecture of digital solutions
• Design user interfaces in line with UX/UI standards and the organization’s visual identity
• Build and maintain components and libraries in the design system (Digital Style Guide)
• Analyze user needs and recommend improvements across digital channels
• Run usability research and analyze test results and user feedback
• Work with analysts, developers and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions
• Verify that implemented features match the approved mockups and design assumptions
• Take part in application testing and support solution acceptance
• Ensure a consistent user experience across applications and digital channels
• Track market trends and competitor solutions, and bring UX/UI best practices into the product
• Prepare graphic materials that support app development and promotion, including app store assets
• Support initiatives that grow sales and customer self-service channels

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience on web or mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, including high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Working knowledge of design systems and Nielsen’s usability heuristics
• Experience planning and running usability tests before and after feature releases
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to check how intuitive flows are and find drop-off points
• Experience working with developers and testers, including defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
• Good command of English
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Google Analytics) is a plus
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS) is a plus
• Experience designing micro-interactions and animations is a plus
• Familiarity with Design Thinking methods and running stakeholder workshops is a plus
• Experience in mobile app design and building design systems is a strong advantage
