Mid to Senior Project Manager - Construction

This position is initially remote for the first five months, with a hybrid work model afterward, requiring 3-5 days on-site. The role requires local support in Alquippa, PA, about 30 minutes outside Pittsburgh.

Qualifications for Success

• 4+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of building design and construction processes.
• Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals, etc.).
• Strong MEP infrastructure skills within the mission-critical sector.
• Experience managing ground-up construction MEP or mission-critical projects.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Aspiring for growth in a modern, energetic business environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading high-visibility, complex projects as part of MGAC’s Critical Environments team.
• Serving as owner’s representatives, explaining complex issues, managing conflicts, and advising clients.
• Managing project scope, schedule, and budget, mentoring team members, and leading project risk management.
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors, vendors, and teams.

Salary range: $110,000 - $165,000, dependent on experience and location, excluding bonus and other benefits.
