Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a mid to senior Java Engineer to join our growing team. You will work on mission-critical platforms, building in Java and Spring, and explore agentic AI while developing new features in a monolithic environment.

The role is remote hybrid with 2 days onsite in Richardson, TX, on Wednesday and Thursday, and requires 3+ years of Java experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Java development.
• Experience with Spring Core/Hibernate.
• Angular 2+ is a big plus.
• Experience and/or strong desire to work with agentic AI.

A cloud-based customer service platform company with billions of annual users is looking to hire a mid to senior Java Engineer to join their growing team. You'll be working on mission critical platforms, building in Java and Spring, and willing to work with Spring Core or Hibernate.A big part of this role is building complex AI agents to help with coding tasks. You'll also be building new features in a monolithic environment.Candidates do not need to have prior experience with agentic AI, but a strong desire to learn is required.
