• Candidate should be a hands‑on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.
• Should be doing hands‑on coding in current projects.
• Should have 7 years of hands‑on experience in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Kafka.
• Should have hands‑on experience in current projects.
• Should have hands‑on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Should have strong backend project development experience and API development, mostly using Java, Spring Boot, and any messaging tool.
• Team Lead experience – experience in managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
• Good communication skills.
