The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with potential relocation support and a lockstep associate compensation structure.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in complex business litigation including IP, real estate, and construction matters.
• Active member of the California State Bar and strong advocacy skills.
• Federal clerkship experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions in complex business litigation matters.
• Manage discovery and law-and-motion practices.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and ADR processes.
• Contribute to business development and client relationships.
• Work with senior attorneys to develop case strategies for complex litigation.
