Job summary

Blackford Talent is representing a boutique civil litigation firm seeking a Litigation Associate to handle a broad array of civil matters. The role offers exposure to construction law, business formation and litigation, employment defense, estate planning, and some transactional work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Construction law and/or trial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to own cases and have real client contact.

• Own cases and maintain real client contact, with mentorship and guidance from the team.

The Role:

We need a Litigation Associate to carry civil litigation matters: construction law, civil litigation, business formation/litigation, employment defense, estate planning, & some transactional work. You'll have the opportunity to own cases & have real client contact. Hybrid model in Sacramento, after onboarding period.

Who we’re looking for:

• 2+ Years of Civil Litigation Experience
• Construction law and/or Trial experience is preferred, but not required
