Job summary

The candidate should be BCBA-certified or pursuing certification, with strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a full-time schedule (8am-6pm) in-office, with competitive pay ($30-$38/hr DOE) and a $1,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• M.A./M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Proven leadership and staff management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of therapists.

• Provide parent consultations and direct supervision.
• Model and train therapists in ABA techniques.
• Monitor program implementation in clinic or field settings.

• Ensure accurate documentation of client data and reports.
• Train families on behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain a minimum of 120 billable hours per month.

Mid-Tier Supervisor
Location: Rancho Cordova, Carmichael areas
Position Full-Time 8am-6pm
Pay: $30-$38.00/hr DOE
$1,000.00 Sign-On Bonus!

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or an individual actively pursuing BCBA certification, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a talent for supervising, motivating, and training staff in a hands‑on, supportive manner. This role requires excellent communication, organization, report writing, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and time management abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of therapists
• Collaborate with clients, guardians, and treatment teams to establish and meet clinical goals
• Provide parent consultations and direct supervision
• Provide in-the-moment, and on-going, modeling and training for therapists in ABA techniques
• Monitor and support program implementation in clinic and/or field settings
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments; develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Determine and implement effective behavioral intervention strategies
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client data, progress notes, and reports
• Train and support families on behavior intervention strategies and techniques
• Maintain a minimum of 120 billable hours per month
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write comprehensive reports
• Prepare and present progress reportsInspire, guide, and mentor clinical team members
• Report directly to the Clinical Director

Qualifications

• BCBA® Certification preferred (or currently pursuing certification)
• M.A./M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and experience designing treatment programs for children of varying skill levels
• Proven leadership and staff management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities
• Bilingual candidates are a plus

Physical Demands

• Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets).
• Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
• Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)

Compensation & Perks

• Flexible options: Full-Time Salary, Hourly Contract, or Per-Diem
• Competitive Pay based on experience and certification. $30.00 - $38.00 an hour, depending on experience, education and certification.
