Job summary

Konnections Staffing in the San Jose area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise, train, and mentor staff across East San Jose, South San Jose, Milpitas, Santa Clara and Campbell.

This hands-on role offers an hourly, part-time or per-diem arrangement with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. The BCBA will design and monitor ABA treatment plans, supervise therapists, and collaborate with families to advance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA® certification required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and program designs for children of varying skill levels.
• MA/MS in related field.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Proven people-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Report Directly to the Clinical Director.
• Lead, supervise and mentor treatment team of therapists.
• Set and achieve performance goals with client, client guardian, and treatment teams.
• Assist with training of staff.
• Determine techniques to be used in implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct initial and on-going client assessments, and design and maintain top quality treatment programs.
• Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Train clients’ guardians and family members on treatment techniques; maintain positive working relationship with clients’ family.
• Supervise and train Behavior Interventionists by working with them.
• Monitor programs in the field and/or clinic.
• Provide direct supervision and parent consultation for our families.
• Conduct and write FBAs.
• Write Progress Reports.
• Lead and mentor team.

$1,500.00 Sign-On Bonus*

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has experience supervising, motivating, and training staff. The qualified applicant will be a “hands on” trainer who easily jumps in and models teaching procedures for staff. RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BCBA® Certified –

• M.A. /M.S. in related field
• Bi-lingual is a Plus

• Excellent administrative skills

Physical Demands:

• Full physical dexterity/agility to perform required movements (bending, kneeling, typing, etc.).
• Sufficient vision to carry out duties.
• Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5 to 50 lbs.).

We are open to a Per-Diem or Hourly Contract or Full-Time salary position if that is something that you may be interested in.
