Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Mid Systems Engineer to join our Arlington, VA team focusing on CAASM platforms such as Axonius and Armis. You will lead planning, deployment, and integration of CAASM solutions across federal environments, ensuring secure data collection and compliant configurations.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and government customers to tailor integrations, troubleshoot data flows, and advise on best practices while supporting production operations and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust Suitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years architecting, implementing, integrating, and managing COTS products in a regulated production environment (Axonius/Armis preferred).
• 2+ years performing systems administration in Windows, Linux, or VMware environments, including basic troubleshooting, installation, configuration, monitoring system performance or availability, and performing security upgrades
• 2+ years of hands-on programming in Python, GO or Java, shell scripting, containerization, data storage and retrieval from REST APIs
• 1+ year experience with data ingest and ETL techniques using COTS Products(Axonius/Armis preferred)
• 1+ year deploying, hosting, monitoring, and securing solutions in a cloud environment for Government customers, preferably AWS GovCloud
• Excellent communication and relationship skills to articulate technical topics and build consensus among stakeholders
• Experience with APIs and data pipelines to ingest, normalize, and correlate asset data with vulnerability feeds, threat intelligence, and security findings
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Testing data flows, troubleshooting issues, and monitoring the health of the CAASM instances and servers to maximize performance and minimize downtime.
• Documenting the installation and configuration of production deployments.
• Serving as a CAASM trusted advisor, providing subject matter expertise, guidance, and best practice recommendations for internal teams and Government agencies.
• Participate in on-call rotation for Production support.

Mid Systems Engineer (CAASM)

ECS is seeking a Mid Systems Engineer (CAASM) to work in our Arlington, VA office.

Everforth ECS is seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join their team, with a focus on Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) platforms – specifically Armis and Axonius. In this role, you will be a part of an effort to continue streamlining and deploying Cyber solutions within Government environments to further correlate and normalize Cyber data. You will be leading the planning, design, deployment, and integration of CAASM solutions to normalize data collection methods at different Federal Civilian Executive Branch (FCEB) Agencies. You’ll troubleshoot and analyze complex data challenges for customers using your knowledge of integrations, networking and security systems. Using your knowledge and experience with CAASM tools like Axonius and Armis, you’ll help the FCEB Agencies assess security threats through integration of Cyber data.
