Job summary

Werner-Electric-Supply-Co in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Teammate to support receiving, storing, picking, and shipping in our mid-shift operation.

You will maintain inventory accuracy with RF guns and WMS, prepare shipments, and coordinate with teammates to meet rush orders, while upholding safety and quality. Competitive compensation starts at $19.00/hour with a starting bonus and annual bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are needed.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Overtime may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect product for quality and accuracy.
• Document and report discrepancies or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS transactions and regular stock checks.
• Organize and label product for easy retrieval and tracking.
• Pick product from storage locations according to workflow on RF Gun.
• Carefully package items for shipping to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including shipping labels and packing lists.
• Coordinate with proper personnel on time-sensitive (RUSH) orders.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in safety training.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; support 5S practices.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Teammates and other departments; communicate inventory issues.
