We are immediately hiring for a mid-shift Transportation Operations Coordinator internally titled Operations Coordinator II in Aurora, CO for our Supply Chain Solutions division.
The Transportation Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of daily transportation activities by monitoring routes, assigning loads and routes to drivers, and tracking delivery performance. This role manages freight claims and billing processes, conducts truck check-ins to verify arrival and departure status, and serves as a key point of communication between drivers, customers, and operations teams to support on-time service and operational excellence.
Pay Type: Weekly Hourly Pay: $23.00
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM with flexibility to work additional hours or days if needed to support business needs.
Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator II performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information. Maintains records or logs. Verifies completion and accuracy of information. Sets up and maintains files and records.
Responsible for providing administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones.
Performs other duties as assigned.
